hmm, i will jus blog on ystd heats and so on and so for .. hmm .. ystd i ran 1.5km for heats .. i should i say i sprint for 3 and 3/4 round s.. cos as it was already in de final, meaning win means win le .. so i jus got to use all my strengh to get at least a medal which is 3rd ..so when de guns goes off, ppl were running as fast as they could to get into their placing 1st .. but i was jus normal jogging was so as not to waste strengh .. so after 2 rounds, i was still placing 5th .. so i thought this wont do me good .. i start to pace it up faster .. jus be4 de finishing line, i sprint as if they was some one chasing me behind wan my life . i overtook ppl and became 3rd ... after tat, i was asking yj to support me back to our place .. i was sill trying to catch my breathe .. my leg i feel tat i had lost it .. LOLS ! den i went to drank water cos i thought i dehydrated .. but was not .. i was feeling giddy, headache , lost .. wahh ! nv feel this be4 after so many years of running .. den after i had cool down abit, went to eat with wh,wj,alex,yj and cm .. we ordered 1 whole chicken .. den back to home sweet home .. those ppl still ask me wan go play basketball anot lahh .. siao !! they nv run of cos can lahh ... i run 1500m with is sprint de luh .. damn it !! came home straight away bath and slp le ..
