Craps~

WEDNEDAY
ok,once again woke up at 10am++ although i'm not working any more .. cos of getting injuries from trainings .. den i stayed at home whole day to rot man .. i did nth except on9, watch tv and slp ... den it was raining de whole day la .. damn cold ~~ den it was still raining when i leaving my hse for training .. den i lazy to wait for the bus and dun wan get drench be4 i reach my training ground .. so i took a cab down lo .. it cost my $9 .. wth !! so ex .. den nvm lo ... reach there de lift spoil .. den after awhile samuel there all arrived le .. waited downstair for mdm to come be4 we can go up cos we got no keys to enter .. den mdm arrived, went up to changed lo .. then training started .. we did some knee raising thingy den started to jump over ppl crouching .. the 1st jump i jump, i twisted my ankle .. it was so loud de crank sound or smth la .. farris(dunnoe how to spell) look at mi saying' did u twsited ur ankle ? .. haha !! den it was not so pain la .. so i continue training .. after training, went 7 11 wif samuel,farris and jordan .. den mi and samuel went home tgt .. when i reach home .. i rub my leg wif some massage oil .. den okok de la .. when at night around 2-3am .. my leg started to pain like hell .. i hop to the kitchen wif 1 leg, took an ice bag to put on my leg trying to numb de pain lo .. den put le, it's even more pain as ice burn ma .. but bo bian nid to put till it really numb my ankle .. den when it's fully numb which is all the ice melt le .. den i wrap my leg wif the bandage thingy, den try to catch some slp ..

whoo !! woke up at 1pm .. my record for this week .. lols .. i woke up, ankle still damn pain la .. but slightly better den last night which was super duper damn pain la .. now at least can use 2 leg to walk .. last night i was like a bunny hopping abt in my hse la ... lols .. lucky all was slping le .. nv see mi hop .. wahahaha !! den wat i did de whole day was to slack, slack and slack .. then my lunch for this few days is always de same de la .. 2 packets of maggie mee, 2 hot dogs and some vegetable .. haix .. after eating .. i watch tv halfway .. fall aslp .. cool arr .. den was also raining la .. so dark in the whole .. perfect condition of slping .. woohoo !! hahaha !! den not going to haf dinner .. lols .. dun wan to eat .. lazy la .. lols .. haha ! ai ya .. i recently like to watch 1 korean damn touching and abit of violent de ,, but it's more touching de .. it's saying de son(zhumeng) will leave de city to build his own empire, to take revenge of his non-real de brother(daisu) .. cos he killed his father(genral tiemushu) as tiemushu was on an expedition to fight a war .. den the mother of zhumeng does not wan to leave the king side, so the mother ask zhumeng to dun think of her when he was outside training his armies and building his fortress .. zhumeng wanted to bring the mother along de, but the mother does not wan .. so it's kind of touching la when zhumeng have to leave the mother behind in fear tat daisu will treat her badly when daisu noes tat zhumeng betrayed him .. tats all .. i think i have nth much to blog le also ..
