today stayed home and watched olyampic taekwondo ..
chou mu yan from chinese taipei! last olampic gold medal lost in the quater final !
ferriara from (forgot already) 2005 world championship sliver medal lost in quater final too !

1 china girl taekwondo won the gold medal .. she's damn good luh !! she won 2 matches by points gap of 7 .. holy !!
ok .. so watched finished went to national squad for training ..
damn long nv go already !!
my standard drop like hell luh !!
not use to the kickings and skills technique taught there ..
but it's good !
i be back to training more often already !
but i will be studying also of cos ..
